Have gotten many parts over the years, and never have run into any problems. Until recently, I had picked up a cylander head and sent in to get tested. To then find out it was no good, so I brought it back to return it with nothing but problems. So, thinking this one's bad, I'll get another one. But unfortunately they did not have another one, so they told us they could not refund the money, but to only give store credit. That dosnt do any good when you are still without a head. So, it took a bit of convincing to get my money back. You would think, it would be commen sence to refund the money if there is no replacement part. But I am glad they finally were able to understand the situation.
