DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! \r They are TERRIBLE! My fiancee and I took our car in to get the transmission fixed seeing our regular mechanic doesn't specialize in transmission issues. They have done nothing but LIE and take advantage of us and our wallets the entire time we have dealt with them. We ok'ed certain services from them under the false pretense that it would fix our transmission problem and it had nothing to do with the transmission and didn't help what so ever! They then attempted to lie some more saying they ""warned us"" when we took the car off the lot it may not be fixed - why would I pull my car off the lot if I didn't think the transmission was fixed?! They've also told us our transmission fluid was black as night but that's impossible seeing we changed it two days prior to bringing it in! I'm reporting them to the BBB and I totally agree with Keiterkatt about informing 6 on your side of their terrible business ethics. more

I have had my vehicle at this particular AATCO on the first occation through Goodyear in Grove City to fix my transmission. After thousands of dollars to get it repaired, not 9 months later it was again broken down, I was in Dublin and had it towed to Firestone who proceeded to tell me it was the transmission the same problem as before. It was then towed to the Sawmill location (same owners) I was 20 miles over my warranty and they were ""nice"" enough to only make me pay half this time. I then took it in as it was driving poorly again and was told it was fine. This was less than a month ago. Friday my vehicle broke down once again and I took it to Firestone who told me it was the transmission, it was the exact same problem as the first two times. I went in when my warranty was still covering the vehicle and was told nothing was wrong. Today I took it back and my warranty is out. I am still waiting to see what I will have to fork out this time I may have to call channel 6 on my side (-: until then my friends I suggest you take it elsewhere and be sure if it gets farmed out that you know where it's going!
