Expert diagnosis and repair...and good coffee as well. I have taken my car and my truck to AAA Automark Car Care Center in Morrisville, NC on several occasions, most recently yesterday. My experience each time was altogether positive. They diagnosed the problem correctly the first time, repaired it quickly, and explained what they did and why, and they only repaired what they needed to repair to correct the problem. Their shuttle service to and from my home was also a welcome service, and their in-store coffee hit the spot. This is my car-repair place. more

Can't give 5 stars 2/8/2012

Reason? I asked them to install a blinker and break light, which I assumed I needed working to pass inspection, which you also did. They passed my vehicle inspection and never installed the lights. How can you pass me w/o working break and blinker lights? Wonderful people work there tho and great customer service otherwise. more

Outstanding Customer Service and Facility 1/17/2012

This was my first time at this location. The facility was immaculate and the customer service was beyond superb. It was the first time I did not dread waiting for my car to be serviced. The waiting room was clean and equipped with WI-FI which allowed me to complete numerous work task. The customer service and technicians were thorough and explained every detail of my experience. I would recommend this location to others. more

Oil Change 1/15/2012

It seemed like the typical 'let's see how much other stuff' wrong we can find...........I just wanted an oil change. They we friendly, the place was clean but please just do what I ask for !!!! more

I can't just get an oil change 1/14/2012

I am a very loyal triple A customer, I take both my vehicle and my husbands vehicle to triple A. Recently I took my vehicle (with 70,000) for a simple oil change. The technician said they saw that both of my front ball joints were busted and it was going to be $500 to fix. I can never seem to just have an oil change done, it seems that they want you to spend a minimum of $500 everytime. I take very good care of both my vehicles and because of triple A "recommendations" I probably spend an annual total of $5000 a year at minimum. I really thought this company wouldn't try to take advantage of people or try to make a buck, I guess I was wrong. more

$439.00 For What!!! 1/12/2012

On 12/28 I returned to AAA to diagnose the reason for the "check engine" light. According to them, they couldn't figure it out. I told them I needed an inspection so I could get my license plate sticker. They claimed I needed spark plugs, etc. in order to pass inspection. $439.00 later, I passed inspection. The very next day, the "check engine" light came back on. I called the manager and said I'd be back. I returned on 01/02 and they were closed! I returned the following Saturday, again they claimed they didn't know why. They reset it on Saturday and it came back again Wednesday. This is an outrage!!!!!!!!!!!! And I am furious and seriously considering contacting the Attorney General's Office! more

Did a good job, no real complaints. Got the car in right on the appointment time and out in a very reasonible time. Cost was also OK and having a membership gives a discount. Definately would come back again. more

As usual, the service was great! I always trust AAA to take care of my car. They have a comfortable waiting area, and provide coffee for those who want it. The people who work there are always pleasant, and knowledgeable. more

Horrible experience and scaring 1/3/2012

This was my 2nd visit to AAA, since, member, and had the same the scaring experience. So, services recomended on my car... this problem...that problem...it was scary to hear and horrible experience. I would really think to back next time. And, facility was not much comfortable. One rest room for men, thats lock is not working...imagine..in the early morning in winter...if walked down there in the weekend...obviously...little more crowdown..and due to weather...higher valuem to rest rooms. But, appreciate the frontoffice persons whose support was very good, which may overwright with little possitive to think off AAA again. Let us see...how will be next time, incase, if time drives me there. more

Unsolved Problem on 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe 12/30/2011

On Wednesday morning when I arrived in my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe, I stated that the "check engine" lite was on. The Mechanic took a test drive and claimed he didn't see it on. I then told Richard that I needed an Inspection. While attempting the Inspection, the Mechanic learned that there were multiple things that needed to be done in order to pass Inspection. Over $400.00 later, my vehicle passed and the "check engine" lite was out. Driving to work on Thursday morning, it came back on again! I called Richard. He asked me to bring it in @ 8 a.m. on Friday. Additional tests were done, but as of this writing - 12 hours later - the "check engine" lite is still on! How would you feel? more

although i had an appointment one of the spare parts for my car had not arrived. annoyed i told them in so many words that i was annoyed but they came up with a plan and my car was fixed and passed the nc inspection! well done to AAA morrisville and thank you! more
