Please never use this cheating lying dishonest company for any of your auto needs.\r I recently had the miss fortune of totaling my car. I happened to be shopping for a new and had gone to CAR MAX one week prior to the accident. CARMAX offered me 7,000 for the car.\r Through AAA they only gave me 5,000 for the exact same car. They took over 2 months to get the check to me. They were rude and obnoxious on the phone and they do not have a single person in customer service. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. more

Paid Up without Giving Us Any Guff 12/9/2005

In one year my husband had a fender bender and I totaled a car (bus threw a large rock from its wheel and it went through my oil pan/block.) They not only paid up but they paid us more than we thought we would get. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth the money. PROS: Pays up CONS: Not the cheapest more

AAA club membership is especially convenient for anyone who drives. It has amazing customer service and is fairly quick when it comes to coming to help. more

Great value 11/1/2005

An AAA membership is a must for everyone who drives. We love their excellent maps and guidebook resources. Also, I've been save a few times by having them jump my car or fish out my keys. Roadservice staff is always helpful. An AAA membership also makes a great gift. more
