AAAA TV Electronics Vacuum Appliance

i called them and was told that they give free estimates. I loaded my 47"" tv drove over 30 miles and took it in. They then told me that it would be $150 to run tests on it. Asked about the free estimate. The guy had the nerve to say, we are doing a consultation right now. Their consultation was to tell me it would be $150 to run test. Called the manager over, he tells me it is $125 to run the tests on it. I took the tv back into the car, the manager wanted to help me put it in the car, i wouldn't let him touch it! These people are liars, classic bait and switch. Drove all the way home and realized that there is a great TV repair right near my home. House of \r TV repair. $40 to give me an estimate and that goes toward any repairs. They have been in business for 20 yrs. that i know of. more

Terrible business. They took my TV and ""replaced"" parts that never needed fixing. It was returned to me with the same hum that I started with, and now has a halo in the picture! Meanwhile, I have been charged $700. They stop calling you back when you're no longer happy. At one point, they offered to give me credit towards a new TV. I went into the shop. Everything they had was twice the price as other stores. Example: kitchen aide mixer priced at $899! Rip off! don't buy here! more

This is the worst place you could go. $75 to look at fixing a 15 year old vacuum and they would get back to me not later than 10 days. Finally called them 3 weeks later, they were waiting on a part. They called me a week later (1 month) and told me it would be another $185 to fix and they would give me a $20 discount. Called the sheriff when they wouldn't give me my vacuum, he said they had numerous (weekly) complaints. Got my vacuum back (fixed) that day. Unbelievable they are still in business. more

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF I CALLED THEM IN REFERENCE TO COLORING GOING OUT IN TV THEY STATED THAT THEY COME COME TO HOUSE TO FIX WITHOUT REMOVING TV NEEDLESS TO SAY ONCE INSIDE HOME THEY CAME WITH NO TOOLS AND STATED NEEDED TO TO BACK TO OFFICE BECAUSE THEY DID NO REPAIRS INSIDE HOME ONCE INSIDE STORE THEY STATED NEEDED 200 FOR PARTS 2 WEEKS WENT BY DIDNT HEAR FROM THEM SO I CALLED THEM THEN THEY STATED THEY NEEDED AN ADDITIONAL 450 FOR MORE PARTS SO I GAVE IT THEM AGAIN 3 WEEKS WENT BY NO WORD ON TV SO I CALLED BACK AGAIN OFCOURSE THEY NEEDED ANOTHER 275 I DECLINED AND TOLD TO RETURN TV THEY CONNVICED ME TO COME TO THEIR STORE TO OFCOURSE TO LOOK AT THEIR TVS I WENT AND DECLINED ANY THEIR TVS JUST WANTED MY TV BACK THEY STATED THEY COULD ONLY REFUND THE 450 AND NOT THE 200 I ASKED WHY THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME A DEF ANSWER SO I SAID WHTEVER JUST RETURN TV NOW THEY STATED THEY COULDNT RETURN TV UNLESS I PAID THEM ANOTHER 100 TO DELIVER TV BACK TO MY HOME MY WIFE CONVICED ME TO HAVE THEM RETURN TV IF WE BOUGHT ONE OF THEIR TVS SO I DID SO PAID THEM ADDITIONAL 300 TO COMPLETE SALE OF NEW TV HERE 3 WEEKS LATER I HAVE NEITHER TV NOR MONEY BEEN CALLING RELENTLESS FOR 7 DAYS NOW CNT TALK TO MANAGER OR ANYONE AVOIDING MY CALLS DNT TAKE MY WORDS FOR IT THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF IM IN PROCESS OF TAKING THEM TO COURT DNT PUT URSELF IN THIS SIUATION ITS NOT WORTH IT LIKE MANY HAVE STATED I SHOULD HAVE READ THEIR REVIEWS ANYONE KNOW OWNER OR HQ FOR THIS COMPANY PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND GENTLEMAN WHO REQUESTED CLASS A AGAINST THEM LET ME KNOW I,M ON BOARD THIS COMPANY MUST BE SHUT DOWN more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Do not give this shop any business! Like many other reviewers, I was told a price to examine two amplifiers and included in that price was the estimated repair costs. I was told about 90% of the time these estimates are correct. After waiting four times longer than promised, I called and waited even longer to hear that the repairs would cost almost twice what I had already paid!! I went to pick up my amplifiers, but could not because they were apart, and would have to be put back together. While there, another customer was concered about what he was charged for a cleaning of some equipment and was told there is no rate for examining and cleaning, they just charge a number with no justification. I was told several different stories, why the cost was so much. One of them was that two capacitors were required. However, they wanted to charge me more than the amplifier cost new for those two capacitors! I feel like they make up numbers, and charge people randomly. \r Like several other reviewers, I feel this business gets you in the door and then does not deliver! more

STAY AWAY. I wish I had read these reviews first. We will be calling BBB and lawyer tomorrow. Took advantange of my elderly mother. Never called to get approval for additional repairs they did on sewing machine. Would not give her back her machine unless she paid nearly $200 extra. SHAME on them. They are crooked and need to be stopped. She asked for bobbins and they sold her bobbins in a kit with oil and tools that dont even fit her machine and when she went back they will not give back the money. They knew she was old and they screwed her on purpose. NEVER NEVER go to this store. RUN!!! more

I felt like I was dealing with the mafia, true gangsters. They continue to lie to your face to cover up their first lies. I lost my good printer to them and ended up with an inferior printer. These crooks know what they are doing. Avoid them like the plague. more

What a SCAM!!!!! They charge me more that triple for a vacuum and more that triple for the filters. They told me it was a really good deal. I went in to return it after just 5 days and I could only get a store credit! Who does that?????I don't want to buy anything else from them. They charged $150. when I could get it elsewhere for $42. \r Avoid this place!!!! more

BBB Rating of F !!!!! Dishonest business, horrible customer service, and just plan rude. Every word said by everyone at AAAA Teva turned out to be complete lies. Our TV died, so I called AAAA Teva they said that they would come out and look at it. They said that 75% of the TVs can be repaired in-home, without taking them into the shop. This was obviously a lie because the technician that came to our house had nothing more then a drill and meter, no kind tools on his person nor in the truck capable of fixing a TV. After taking the cover off the TV the guy said it needed a good cleaning and there was one obvious trouble point, a terminal that had grey goo coming out of it. He said it would be $125 which included diagnostics, cleaning, resetting the goo terminal, and return delivery of the TV. He said the only way that it would cost more was if they had to order additional parts. We paid him and he said the work up would be done in 3 days. 10 days later and after a couple of calls, we finally heard back from them and I was told they have not yet fixed it and it would cost $350 more to do a more thorough cleaning. I wouldn’t stand for it because there was no need for parts and the cleaning was suppose to be what we already paid for. So I wanted to talk to the manager and no employee there could tell me the name of their manager. After several calls and actually being hung up on several times, I went on line and did some research. I found out through the BBB that the owners name is Mr. Muhammed Murib. I finally got ahold of Mr. Murib and it turns out that he was the person I was talking to previously, the owner himself was lying to me! So, I said that I wanted them to bring my TV back to me without any further repairs and they would not, as they had agreed too, they said I had to come get it. My wife went in to get it, they made her sit around for 20 minutes before getting the TV. When they finally turned over the TV, they would not even help her carry it to the car!!! My wife is 105 pounds and she had to carry a 40 inch TV to the car by herself while 3 guys sat around the shop watching TV. What a bunch of horrible people and what a horrible business. The kicker is that when we got the TV home it worked. They were just trying to tack on another $350 because it was an easy fix (the terminal with goo coming out of it). Stay away for obvious reasons! more

I like the way they handle my inquiries. Try to negotiate prices, they are flexible. They wanna make business. more

AVOID this place. We took our old singer sewing machine in and ended up paying $500! And it still doesn't work properly and they took forever before returning it. Just go buy a new machine. more

I called around a couple shops for my Mitsubishi tv repair. i called almost every shop in town and they all seemed back logged or really rude about helping answer my questions. these guys took the time and answered my questions had a technician out the same afternoon and the total repair was 268.47 to fix my 65"" DLP they also showed me how to replace the bulb and maintain the air flow on it so it doesn't over heat. These guys are great... \r \r I also bought a panasonic from these guys a while ago... more
