I came in for an oil change, after purchasing a Groupon. I did have to reschedule my appointment due to a flat tire, and was pleased by the service writers ability to schedule me...

Went in to get an $80 ac fix. Came out with an unneccesary $300 charge. They said the car would not start after the looked at the ac. Due to a sensor? Had my mechanic look at it they didnt even change the sensor they said. Horrible shop. Rip off! more

The Kniesel Experience is AMAZING!!!! I love the personal service I receive each and every time I visit, they know my vehicle and always offer straight forward answers and suggestions. They also offer incredible specials and fair pricing. Kniesels really takes great care of their customers. Im sadly moving and Im truly disappointed I will be losing Kniesels, I now only have a short period of time to share with all my friends and family where to take their vehicles for such impeccable service. great service, was very unusual to find a mechanic that was willing to use the parts i provided.& also was honest about not needing all of them, that saved me a lot of money,as a disabeled vet on a fixed income, i was very satisfied with the price & service. more

Dashboard Lights flickering 12/12/2011

I was afraid my battery was slowly dying. A diagnostic test was completed. It didn't show anything wrong with my altenator. I am hoping that replacing the battery is the only thing needed for my car problem. The customer service was excellent. more

very professional staff, performed all work that I asked for and didn't try to up sale other productsthat weren't needed. 12/6/2011

The only problem was the service writer was having problems processing the 2 year service plan into the computer and had to start over a few times, which took a good 15 minutes while my ride home was waiting. My ride home was the wife so everyone know how dramatic that can be keeping a woman waiting !!!! more
