Aweful Service 4/25/2011

We had an aweful experience with AAA preferred storage. The manager was completely rude to us on the phone and had horrible customer service skills. I would never reccomend AAA to anyone after the bad experience we had. Very poor service. There are much better, cleaner, and convenient storage units in the area that also include better managers with better customer service skills. more

Great Vernal Storage Units 6/17/2009

I have had a great experience with AAA. They are down in Naples and have done great as a storage facility provider. I never have any headaches with them, they care about their customers, and they do all they can to accommodate. They are by far the best storage units in Vernal. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and affordable prices. more
