AAA Pest Control is great! They put applications down to control spiders, bugs, and ants, and they also provide traps for rats. I like the fact that they are easy to communicate with. Any time that I've had a problem they have been right there to take care of it. They are great at following through and making sure that problems have been solved. The technicians they send out are very personable and knowledgeable. They always stop and check to see if there's anything in particular that I need to have addressed. They're a very good and reliable company, and I would highly recommend them. more

I am very pleased with AAA Pest Control! I had insulation being pulled out into my yard, and I thought it was a rat or something. So I called AAA, and Joshua came out and he was very friendly, professional, and informative. Turns out it was a squirrel! I hired a handyman to full in the space Joshua had found where the squirrel was getting into. Joshua came the day after I called, and was very prompt. He looked up into the attic and even showed me on his phone the video he took to show there is no evidence of rats any place! I was very pleased with their service! more

AAA Pest Control Inc came when we had a really bad aunt problem. We did not realize that we had ants for last 3 years. The AAA Pest Control technician exterminated them and explained to us his work as he went along. He even checked on us the next day to make sure they were all gone. There were a few ants left so he killed those as well. We are very happy with the results and how he stuck with the price he quoted. He even recommended that we replace the insulation in our attic which was very imperative for keeping the pests out. more

I use AAA Pest Control to do spider and insect control two times a year. They have friendly workers who are very helpful. The most recent work I have done was last summer when they did a thorough inspection to look to see if there were any gaps in my pest control process. more

I just called them to have them come back, and they're going to do follow up work in August. I think they're absolutely a good company! They're efficient and responsive! more

The bottom line was I asked the owner Sue twice before hiring them, prior to Christmas, and explaining IN DETAIL my problem. Her response, we don't need to be your best friend, we will find out where the rodents are coming in and fix the issue. Waste of my money and my time, and when all was said and done, I needed additional service, multiple phone calls, an email, they came out set traps for 425$!!! The first tech even commented "maybe we should hire you" The owner basicallyj promised entry points would be recognized. Well here I am ,no response from the company. So I have consulted with another. Would never recommended this company. Spent every dollar of my kids Christmas Money. more

AAA Pest Control Inc. removed a significantly sized yellow jacket nest for us. It was a real problem, so they responded pretty quickly. They came back immediately when we found another nest. I was impressed with their responsiveness and thoroughness. They did a great job, and the guys who came were nice and knowledgeable. They know what they're doing. They're very responsive especially in cases where there is an emergency or crisis related to insects. They were very helpful. They explained what they were doing, and they talked to us about prevention. more

Over the past seven years, all the technicians from AAA Pest Control are really friendly and have become more professional and thorough. We have them out on a bimonthly basis to put bait stations in and around crawl spaces to get rid of rats. We live near a gulley so rats and raccoons come up in and through our yards and our neighbors feed the birds, raccoons, and rats. Service has been really good with the last couple of technicians, especially, the latest one. He did very thorough work. more

We called AAA Pest Control when had a bees nest under our house. It was in a wall between our crawl space and regular flooring, so we couldn't reach it. We called AAA Pest Control right away, and the lady who helped us over the phone was knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. They sent someone out the next day. The technician drilled a hole from the outside and sprayed a powder into it that would take care of the bees in the hole and prevent others from entering. It did the job perfectly. They guaranteed that they would come back to work on it again, if we experienced any problems, but we never needed to call them back after that visit. They worked great for us, so if you are experiencing a similar problem, I would highly recommend AAA Pest Control! more

The two techs from AAA Pest Control Inc. did an outstanding job! I actually already wrote them a letter of recommendation. The things I listed in the letter that stood out to me were their promptness in keeping the appointment time. They were here when they said they would be and stayed until the job was completely done. They were conscientious and kept things clean and orderly. They were really very nice boys. I anticipate using them again. The only thing, and it's not an issue, is that they told me they would come out just to check up and do a follow-up to make sure things were still good and that didn't happen. I've been using them for around 15 years now. I'm on a quarterly service with them. If I have any issues they take care of it. They work with our schedule, even if they have to come back two or three times. more

We've had them for about four to five years now. Since then, we have eliminated pretty much the entire problem. We have our own home and a rental home that we have quarterly service on and everything has worked great so far. more

I found AAA Pest Control online. They were quick and seemed pretty thorough. They also gave me some good advice. more

I had AAA Pest Control come out for three different cases and every time AAA Pest Control was excellent. The first time I called, I talked to Sue and she was really good. I was really impressed with the company and it is easy to get a scheduled appointment. I called them out twice because of a rodent situation in our rental houses. Mike Z. was the inspector who came out. He analyzed the property to figure out how they were getting in, made a detailed sketch, and marked places around the house that needed to be closed up. Mike took the time to tell us exactly how we needed to repair the house and how much we could expect it to cost to get a handyman to do all the work. He also set up some traps and checked back periodically to see how things were going while we were getting repairs done. The second time we had a rodent problem, Mike came out again. He told us the rat droppings were old so there probably weren't any rodents to worry about at the moment. Mike reinspected the house and found a number of entry places in the roof where roof rats could be getting into the attic and recommended that we trim our trees. It was all about getting all the entry points taken care of. The third time I called AAA Pest Control, our own house was having problems with ants and carpenter ants. The technician sprayed the house and followed up later with a second spray, trying to find the main anthill to get rid of the problem. Mike is a very thorough worker. When he comes over, he is here for a long time because he is so thorough. I also found Mike to be very personable. Hopefully I don't have to call back too many more times, but Mike and everyone else at AAA Pest Control have been very helpful. more

AAA Pest Control came to my house, they saw the rat, and they got him for $300. That was the only thing I would comment on, the price, because I thought it was high for not having had an infestation. That would be my only thing. They did get the rat, but I would have been more apt to signing up for their monthly service if they didn't charge so much on the first call. more
