I had a problem with water behind my liner which was floating. I called my salesman Paul who returned my call immediately. After ascertaining what the problem was, he advised he'd call Al. A half hour later Al called asked for my address assured me a staff member would arrive early morning the following day. Around 0900 hrs. the phone rang telling me the service man was en route. He arrived and in a few hours fixing the problem advising he'd return in two days to complete the job. True to his word the liner is as first installed and the closing was also completed to great satisfaction. AAA LINER is the greatest company in New Jersey!! Any pool work for myself, neighbors and lodge members will be directed to Paul, Al and AAA LINER! more

Purchased a lifetime warranty with AAA Liner Experts, Cranford NJ for a wrinkle free liner. Paid $3899 for 15/30 above ground pool(I don't know what possessed me to trust these scam artist) Four years later, the pool looks horrible, all wrinkled and half of it leaked during the winter. Paul and Company refused to service and replace, ignoring the responsibility of the lifetime warranty. My next step is to take them to court. more

HORRIBLE!!! It has been over a week since they started our liner and still they have not finished. They are unrealible they do not return phone calls or complete the job. They came and started said they would be back and never returned twice already. Called the supervisor (Al) and he stated he did not have an additional number or way to contact his worker!!! I am fed up with this company I do not recommend them and I would never hire them to do anything in my house again!!! I am filing a complaint against them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). If you want work done on time and correctly by a professional stay away from this company!!! more

They were great to make the sale and take the down payment. After that they left a mud hole in my backyard for over two weeks and the problems began. Ordered wrong steps and materials, don't return phone calls, the total cost of the pools was $29k in the contract, I paid so far $23K cash plus many expenses from my own pocket and all I have is a pool in the ground with water, nothing else... And they still want the rest of the payment with now a special request ""certified check"" - never had a problem with my checks before...
