I went to AAA today to get a lot of services done. I had a whole list of stuff and was in and out of there in no time. AAA is a membership based company that offers services and insurance. They have an automobile club which I am a member of, and I also insure my home and cars through them. My membership includes auto notary, vacation services (my own travel agent with discounted prices) and they will plan out a trip with you and give you a "trip-tik" and maps (and vacation guides with hotels and restaurants) all for free!
Today when I went I needed a notary for a handicapped licence application, a trip-tik & maps to go to Virginia and I also booked my trip to DisneyWorld! All done in one convenient stop!!
The staff was friendly and curteous. I was in and out of there quickly. The office is very clean and there is even a little travel shop to pick up things like passport holders, luggage and other last minute ideas!
I think my membership is about $50ish a year (not including insurance) and is WELL worth it.. The auto club is also part of the membership and they tow you or change your tire if needed. Booking my trip there saved me over $100 alone! And, because I booked it there I also get vouchers for meals and a private storybook time in Disneyworld!
