IF THERE'S ANY THING THAT YOU NEED AS FAR AS APPPLIANCE OR FURNITURE, YOU HAVE TO SHOP AT AAA HOME CENTER . I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING WITH THEM OVER 15 YEARS AND THEY HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN . FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL . I WAS LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN TYPE OF FURNITURE, THEY DID NOT HAVE IT ON THE FLOOR BUT; THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND IT FOR ME. THAT'S THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT MAKES ME HAPPY. NOW THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOP AT AAA HOME CENTER THEY ARE THE BEST. more

My wife and I purchased a Dryer and 2 Fisher & Paykel washers from this business (AAA Applainance). The first washer was purchased in 2002, when in quit working in December 2009, we purchased another one. It's now April 2012 and the water pump started leaking which shorted the Computer Board. After visiting the store to resolve the issue of the ""Short Life Span"" of this product, we got NO customer service/resolution at all. Instead in a deplorable attitude, we were told the water pump would cost $60 and the computer board would cost $175 to replace with a $60 service call. ""This may fix your problem, we can't guarantee it."" This is all Adam and his father, Steve could offer us. My wife and I left the store in dis-belief of the horrible customer service. We will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and inform ALL of our Facebook friends of our ""Negative Customer Experience"" with the business and the faulty product of Fisher & Paykel...TonyS more

My dryer was not working. So I called AAA Home Center to have them come look at it and fix it. The service person came out. He looked at the dryer. Turned it on and said it is working. Charged my $96 and left after 15 minutes. The dryer still won't dry clothes. The service person did not do anything that I didn't already know. I called the Manager and was real nice to him and requested that an inquiry be looked into the service that I got. After talking to him for a few minutes. He said that I could come by and pick up my check and pay the basic charge of $60 and get my other check back. Steve the MGR said, ""Mr K....Will you do me a favor? I responded what would that be?
