The service I received from Joe at AAA Heating in Kent was exemplary. Previously, I had a technician from a different company come out who's only goal was to sell me a new furnace. Joe tested many aspects of my system and fixed the only thing that needed attention. There was no upsell tactic about what might go wrong in the future. I had forgot what a warm home feels like and thanks to Joe at AAA in Kent, my family will be comfortable this winter. Thanks Joe! Thanks AAA! more

We've had AAA out a couple of times to service our Heating and AC. 1st impressions were positive and technicians seem knowledgeable and professional. However, each time they keep trying to sign us up for a service contract that we don't need. Their pricing is also hugely marked up. You'll want to get at least a couple of other bids if your looking at using them. Our last service visit we were charged their $99.00 fee for the technician just to show up and diagnose the problem. We were then charged $219.00 to replace a $30.00 part that took less than a minute to install. That's some pretty steep labor rates. Next time I'll just purchase the part(s) on Amazon or use another contractor and save myself almost $300.00. more

I recently bought a new house and didn't know the first thing about how to take care of my furnace. I called AAA Heating & Air Conditioning because my parents use them and recommended that I get a tune up. The person that answered the phone was very helpful and quickly set me up with an appointment. The technician that came out to do the service was so nice and explained everything as he was doing. AAA Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing and extremely helpful. I called after 5pm because my head had stopped working and the on-call technician that I talked to was so wonderful. He came right out to help me and I couldn't have asked for a nicer young man to have in my home. He was respectful and explained everything he was going to do, as well as gave me the price up front so that I felt comfortable with his work. The furnace is working great now and I couldn't be more pleased!? more

Do not use AAA Heating & Air Conditioning. They lie. Everyone in the company led us to believe that the whole job (new furnace and duct work) would take 2-3 days. There was no mention of the gas line installation, which took 4 months, or the days and days of inspection and testing that follows the installation. On top of that, the 2-3 day install took 5 days (that's before the testing and troubleshooting and inspections) and we only got that after 4 cancelled appointments over the course of two months. When the installation was done, the house was cold. The installer told me it would just take a couple of days for the house to heat up. After a week, he returned and discovered that his partner had left out a section of duct 10 feet long. I had been heating my crawlspace for a week! Throughout the course of the job, everything the owner of the company, Victor, told me was not true: the time frames, excuses, promises. Now that the job really is finished, it turns out that the chimney they installed through the roof leaks. more
