AAA Gold Exchange- Orange

My first experience here. I walked in and was greeted with a smile by Jessica. She walked me through step by step. It was quick and easy. I definitely plan to come back and refer my friends and family. more

On 2/17/12 Fri,I exchanged gold and asked for someone to call me about the diamonds in my gold. I was told she emailed the owner and sent a note with my inventory; I was to expect a call on Mon or Tue about my diamonds. The same employee left me a message on Mon. about rubies. I returned the call early Tue and left a message that I would like an owner to call me back, the rubies were not the question I want to talk to someone about the diamonds. I did not get a call back Tue or Wed. On Thurs went to Orange loc. asked to speak to the owner, employee called the owner. He asked me to have her email him my contact info, said he would pull my inventory and call me back. An hour and half went by he did not call; I went to his Garden Grove location to wait. When he came out he snapped at me, could not help me, he was busy. Then he found my things I told him I dont need to waste his time I will give him his check back and I will take my inventory. He said NO, THEY DO NOT EXCHANGE INVENTORY BACK. He kept going into the back with my inventory. I said, I will take my diamonds then, he said there are no diamonds here, opened his hands and showed me my inventory, short 2 diamond rings, he had no inventory list and a tally sheet that has scratched out amount of oz. I originally exchanged, which was not like that when I left the store Fri. He checked the oz. on scale; which was off even for what was written down. The owner confirmed that they do not guarantee satisfaction like even their website says. He could not even give me back my full inventory because parts were missing and the weights scratched out on the payout sheet. more

They were wonderful! Patient, professional, and considerate. I will recommend the Orange AAA location to all my friends and co-workers. more

They pay extremely low for the gold that they buy! I was offered double from another jeweler. Don't go here and don't waste your time! more

It was hard to believe how nervous and embarrassed I felt thinking about taking what little scrap gold I had to there store. I thought I would only get maybe 20- 30 dollars for this junk I have had just setting around. As soon as I walked in to the store I was greeted with a very pleasant representative and I explained that I really did not think I had that much that was really gold and he ask me to have a seat and he would be glad to check it out for me. Just the way he presented his self to me took all my apprehension away, he was very personal which made me feel very comfortable. He then processed my gold and I was overwhelmed when I found out I had almost $250.00. Needles to say I walked away with a huge smile on my face. Pros: Very polite and a professional atmosphere Cons: NONE: They made me feel very comfortable. more
