Sorry to be a downer, but the Bill paying application on AAA's Website does not work.....it takes almost an hour for the little rotating circle to stop ""loading"" and when it does, it says your password is invalid. I know my password is not invalid because I used it last time I paid my bill online, and it worked just fine then. I reset it this time and the reset was accepted, so why does it not work? I guess I will be sending my payment in by snail mail a couple of days late thanks to the MLK postal holiday. I guess they left me no choice. more

Worst service in Missouri. Customer service people are rude and will hang up on you. I'm not even a customer but they got my name off of a marketing list and have been harassing me for money i don't owe them. I told them i had proof that i pay another company and they argued with me. I've turned them in to the attorney general for consumer fraud. I suggest anyone who has paid them for services they don't provide should do the same. more

Horrible Customer Service, we have now been waiting on a Trash Can to be delivered for 4 weeks and i call weekly and they said MAYBE next week. I got a Bill and called and said i am not paying for Oct and they are rude and say well haven't you been sitting your trash out by the curb every week?? I said no was never told we could and don't want to with all the animals around. She then said WELL let me confirm that with the driver as i was lying about it.. grrr this company really needs new people working in the office and 4 weeks to get a can?? maybe they shouldn't service this area as they say they are never out here. I have now switched to heartland waste and they will have me a Trash Can first thing Monday Morning. more
