I walked in without an appt. and they took my car right back. I was only there to have an inspection done so I wasn't there long. But while I was there everyone was super nice. I will be going back if I need anything else done on my car. more

The service was very good. I willn't take away a star although there was one huge negative. You need to add a room for water boarding. I would prefer that over being held captive in a room for 30 minutes having to listen to MSNBC (Misguided Slanted Ne-science Biasedcasting Company). more

Excellent service 9/21/2011

Everyone at AAA on Oleander in Wilmington was helpful, professional, timely. The only thing that shocked me was the cost for a battery, but that may be because I haven't bought one in years. But the clerk was clear about how much value I got for my money, so I guess that's just the cost of doing business with a company that stands behind it's reputation, which I can totally relate to as an independent distributor of Shaklee products. You get what you pay for. Thanks, AAA! Well done! more

I was very impressed with the service. When I picked up my car, I recieved a full explanation and diganosis on some other problems my vehicle had. I would not have known those problems existed if the mechanics did not take extra time to give my vehicle a full inspection. more

Road Trip, vacation saved!!! 9/18/2011

Lost a fan belt on the first day of our family vacation. With the help of AAA we were able to get our car repaired and continue on our way. Friendly and courteous repair crew from the AAA operator, to the tow truck driver, to the shop foreman and mechanic all were professional and helpful. If we lived in the area we would definitely consider this repair facility as our team of "home mechanics." more
