Oil Change at AAA 10/12/2011

I had an oil change at AAA on 10/11/11 and the service was excellent. They provide a nice waiting room, coffee, and internet service. Michael, the service consultant was very polite and informative. I told him about a concern I had with the radiator fluid and he went the extra mile to have that checked. I would definitely return to AAA again for auto service. more

thank you for accomidating me on a walk-in basis. as i am not a native NCian, i forgot about getting my yearly inspection before heading out to the dmv...fridays are my only day to run errands during the week-days. you-all were able to accomidate me and get me out in time to still get my tags renewed! thank you! more

1st Visit to AAA Car Care - Wilmington 9/29/2011

The first call I made was handled very professionally. I was told I could be taken care of quickly - and I was taken care of quickly and very politely upon arrival at the center. The use of the internet while waiting was a true Godsend! The service was performed quickly; my car status and suggested car care was reviewed quickly and professionally. This was a STELLARE EXPERIENCE and I will consider using them again when needed. The most PROFESSIONAL and PLEASANT EXPERIENCE in dealing with my vehicle. THANK YOU!! more
