I was offered a new, one or two year old GMC vehicle from my sister-in-law, and I turned it down because I didn't think that anybody could provide the maintenance and repair that Subaru provides at A & A The Shop. I stuck with my brand of car rather than trading up into something bigger. That tells you how serious I am about their service. I drive a Subaru because I the service I get.
My husband started using them before I used them. When I drive off the lot if I have a question or hear a new sound, they never question what I hear. They are always so agreeable in explaining what the sound is. Sometimes the brake might make a sound backing up that is a normal adjustment, but I wouldn't know it was normal. They take the time to explain, and don't get exacerbated with mechanical questions. They are very patient.
