Knowledgable Service Staff 12/6/2010

It is always nice to know that you are leaving your vehicle in the hands of trained professionals. I know that every time my car is at A-1 Toyota that I have nothing to worry about. Mike Querfeld and his entire service staff are always there to make you feel welcome and are sure to explain to you in detail (and in a language an average customer can understand) exactly what the plan of action is going to be. I recommend the A1 Service Department to all as I have had nothing but a rewarding experience each time I have visited the dealership. more

Terrible. 8/5/2005

Because I owned Toyota Corolla, I thought it would be better to choose an authorized repair center. Toyota A-1 is rather distant from my place and a little pricey, but I went to them. However their serive was terrible. When i went to pick up my car which had been in the garage for repair, I found many scratches I had never seen before. I complained about it, but they kept saying it's not their fault. They're also very rude. I'll never visit that dealer again. more
