Our entire bathroom renovation process was uncomplicated, timely, and hassle free. The vision of what we wanted done was understood and fully accomplished. The project proposal was detailed and clearly discussed. Communication lines were always open to us throughout the project. \r \r The work crew was highly skilled, courteous, and attentive. They protected our home from dust and debris with drop cloths and plastic sheets. The crew consulted with us when appropriate to ensure that certain details were meeting our specifications...such as tile alignment, hook and lighting placements, etc.\r \r We are very delighted with our new bathroom. Greg and his work team take pride in their work and in their customer satisfaction.\r We will certainly refer them to friends and family. more

I can?t say enough good things about the experience with A1-PAM. We have had lots of work done on our home with other companies that resulted in a lackluster finish. So it was a nice change to work with Greg and his team on our project that in the end made us extremely happy.\r \r Of the 3 contractors that quoted the job, Greg Maziarka was by far the most inspired and knowledgeable. This was really critical because we were completely remodeling our basement and we needed someone to take our ideas and guide us to the best outcome. There were so many moving parts to the project and Greg was able to keep the project focused in an organized and efficient manner. He was always reachable when we had questions and had the best customer service attitude, even when we were irritating!\r \r The crew consistently reported to work on time and worked the whole time. Greatest Team 5/3/2012

I have had remodling work done on my house for 11 years, so you know I have had my share of good and bad experiences. Working with Greg at A-1 PAM was the easiest most professional I have ever had. His crew was neat and maticulous with the work they did on my laundry room and bathroom. I also feel his pricing was very fair. I am so happy with the work and have told anyone I know that needs work done. Thanks to all of you and thank you for getting it all done in a week just as I was told. more

Great work by A-1 PAM - would recommend them to anyone 2/13/2012

Greg and the guys at A-1 PAM just finished some work on the interior of our condo's ceiling. We had surface mold forming on our ceiling around the recessed lights. The ceiling is about 24 feet high so we needed someone to come in, set up scaffolding, basically build a work space in mid-air, knock out some drywall, install tighter fitting cans (to avoid mold in future) and repaint the ceiling. In all they replaced 6 lights.\r \r First off the work they did was top notch. The guys always showed up on time and worked hard. The job was done in the timeline we agreed upon (~3 days). Greg kept me informed about what was being done and then came back over when it was finished to make sure I was satisfied. They even did some extra work (cleaned my ceiling fan, filled a small crack in ceiling/wall) at no extra charge. They were very upfront about what would be done and how much it would cost. I thought that Greg and his team did a very good job. Greg himself is wonderful to work with. It is apparent that he is an honest, hardworking, organized, and caring individual. My husband and I are very pleased with the work that his team did. Everything looks great and works how it is supposed to! I also think it is worth mentioning that Greg was very flexible with us. We received the wrong size components for part of our shower from the company we purchased them from. The correct size was backordered for over two months, but Greg was very willing to wait with us and come back to finish the shower when we received the right parts. He offered a payment plan that worked for both of us since some but not all of the work was done. Then, when the parts came in he was quick to respond to me and schedule a day to finish within a week of me getting in touch with him!\r \r I would recommend A-1 PAM because of the professionalism, the price, and the end result. more

Kitchen and Bedroom remodeling 12/18/2011

A-1 PAM designed and built a beautiful tile and glass tile kitchen backsplash. We had some idea of what we could spend, but we were kind of clueless as to what materials to use, and how we wanted the end result to look. We even consulted design books and internet sites but couldn't find anything we liked. The owner of this company, Gregg, sketched out what he thought we'd like, based on conversations with him and the feel and design of our home. It was a great help. He even met us at the tile store to help us pick out our tiles. We are completely satisfied with their workmanship, design help, respect of our home, and timeliness of the job. There were no surprise "extra charges", or any glitches whatsoever with the project. They also designed and built a new fireplace mantle and tile surround for our master bedroom, and that project as well turned out great. Ceasars Palace 3/1/2011

A-1 Pam Workmanship is excellant in remodeling my main bathroom. They informed me that they complete the work in two weeks and they did. I had a visitor and he thought he was at Ceasars Palace. \r I was so impressed with their work. I had A-1 Pam remodel my whole basement and second bathroom and they completed the project ahead of schedule. I most definitely recommend A-1 Pam to anyone who is remodeling their bathroom and basement. more

I had two projects completed by A-1Pam, and was extremely happy with the results. The first project, they remodeled my kitchen. I had new flooring for the second one. A-1 PAM has done two projects for me. Both were done on time and within budget. They were very neat and tidy. They were also great problem solvers when the projects became more complicated than originally thought to be. My home is over a hundred and fifty years old. I needed new walls but I didn't want to use drywall. A-1 did an excellent job restoring the look that I loved. more
