A-1 Lock and Safe 1/22/2008

Ok, sooo, I'm ready to open my retail store for business and the the door will not open. I called A-1 and they were here within minutes. They could have said that the lock had to be changed, but they didn't. They were honest with me, and didn't try to take advantage of me. Great work!!! more

Extreme Prices Without a Quote Or Warning 11/4/2007

OK Work - Enormous Prices - Disappointed!: On 2/9/05 I brought them an automotive door lock cylinder with only five pins to re-code for my Dodge van. This is an easy job and it only took them ~5 minutes. The charge for this service was a whopping $35!!! If this were an hourly rate, that would be $420 per hour. I compared prices after the rip-off when I got home with other locksmiths. Their fee for this service ranged from $8 to $17. Needless to say I won't be back and to any and all of my friends, A-1 will get a very poor recommendation for lack of value. more

A-1 Lock & Safe 5/1/2005

This place was so nice to me when I locked my keys in the house and couldn't get back in. I went to a neighbors house and called them, and when I told them my baby was asleep inside the house, they said they'd be right there...and they were...less than 5 minutes. I will always recommend this locksmith to everyone I know. more
