Kevin is very personable. He has the patience of a saint. I wanted to customize all of my closets, floors and lighting fixtures--all big jobs, I have limited closet space, with a lot of bags, shoes and clunky boxes, not to mention clothing. The lighting that came with the place was pretty old. The floors were a combination of tile and long parke wood and carpeting. Kevin made sure he knew EXACTLY what I wanted and I knew EXACTLY what to expect from him. There were no surprises. His work was impecable, his ethic should be a model for everyone, and his price was just right. I would recommend him to anyone who asked (and who didn't:). Pros: Two thumbs up. Description of Work: My apartment was in need of serious renovations. The whole apartment was renovated which included two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, kitchen, and dining room. Electric plumbing was also done. \r Member Comments: Mr. Klepper and his men were very professional. If I ever had a question Mr. Klepper would get back to me within a short while either via phone or email. He and his men were always on time. In the past I've had problems with things in the apartment being broken during a renovation, but he and his staff took great care not to cause any damages. I hired Mr. Klepper to renovate my kitchen and ended up having him redo my bathroom as well! He's that good! From starrt to finish, Mr. Klepper was professional, easy to deal with, and reliable. He even ended up doing a few extra things in my apt that he didnt charge me for, like change some light bulbs, fix a window screen. He helped me design the kitchen and bathroom exactly how I wanted it. I was new to the whole remodeling world and it can be a little confusing, but he helped me narrow down things so I could decide what I wanted. \r \r He's not the cheapest GC around, I had been given 3 estimates, but he's not the most expensive either. He knew how to help me get that ""high end"" look without spending a fortune. He bascially redid both kitchen and bathroom: cabinets, tile floor, granite countertops, resurface and paint walls, expand shower/tub space, fixtures, installed new dishwasher. There were also so many little things he did free of charge that was so helpful. He always left my apt spotless when he was done for the day.\r \r I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, he was a pleasure to work with and I love the results!
