I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from A1 Heating and Air Conditioning. Not only was Steve knowledgeable, he was polite and professional. I was surprised when I discovered that the cost he gave me for freon was actually less than what a lot of service companies charge (I looked it up online). Steve came within 2 hours of my call on Saturday and troubleshooted and fixed my A/C for less than One-Hour Air's minimum service call. wow. Great job and will call him again when anything goes wrong. more

We came home to a cold house the other night and didn't know what to do. Luckily after a few calls to different companies we called A1 and Steve came out and got our heat going. Thanks for the help. more

Day1: A/C went out and my family and I were very hot. Called up A1 and was told they would be there that evening (I was impressed). But no one showed up... no call from them and they would not answer. Day2: They called me at work out of the blue stating, "we are coming over in an hour." I told them I was unable to leave my job like that. So it was rescheduled for that evening... and again no one came nor responded. Day 3: No response in general. You know what you guys... you should have told me you simply told me, "We are really good, but we cannot keep commitments." After talking to my coworkers with these guys, I learned that others also had experienced the same. Maybe you guys need to get some type of scheduling software on those iPhones you boast about... there is an app for that. more

Steve, my service rep, was quick and educated. He fixed my problem in minutes. They also take credit cards on iphones, and immediately email you a receipt. It's really nice to have companies cater to the younger generations way of doing business. These guys are without a doubt the most professional subs I have ever hired! A++++ more

A1 came out to quote replacing my system. They were the 3rd company to do so. They were the most economical and professional out of the three. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would recommend them to anybody. more

During that miny heat wave we had a week ago we found out our AC unit quit during the winter. Called a few shops and none of them could get it done. A1 AC was able to fix the air conditioner quickly. more

A1 came out last week to service our AC. The plan is to keep it running by being preemptive on the service. The price was reasonable for the deal and it was handled well. more
