I called several companies about my A/C. One person came out the other never called me back. The first company came out and said right away I needed a new unit and gave me a quote. I called A1 air and setup a appointment to come check it out. The service man was very nice and told me that I did not need a new unit and that it just needed to be serviced. I am glad i called them because I would have been buying a new unit if I would have stuck with the other company. Jo more

Rude Person Answering the Phone 7/16/2011

Our condensing unit broke down over the weekend. We have home warranty, but they had trouble locating a local service company that would come out and offered to reimburse us if we find such company and pay out of pocket. We called this company based on the reviews, the person answering the phone asked if we had home warranty and when we explained the situation, he said he's not interested because he won't get paid and HUNG UP with out explanation. We told him that WE, not the home warranty company, will pay, but he chose to be rude and hang up on somebody who was looking for urgent assistance. Don't care how good the technicians are, they have a person who have no common courtesy working the phone, and don't deserve anybody's support. more

Professional tech guys arrived fully equipped when I called for service. This Dallas air conditioner repair company offered affordable service fee and did an excellent job. They repaired the entire air conditioning system in my business establishment. Thanks! more

Magicians 10/25/2010

I call this Dallas air conditioner repair company as 'magicians'. The technicians have good ideas on old pairs of air conditioners, it was old and i thought it consumes more electricity because they are no longer functioning properly, but they did an excellent job, they made these old pairs like new ones, functioning well, and restored the cooling energy. Two thumbs up to these friendly technicians. more
