My experience with A 1 Country Appliance was not a good one. When he first came out he walked in and ask what the frig was doing. I explained that all my items in my frig was freezing. He never tested anything said it could only be the thermostat that controls the door to open and close between the frig and freezer. Gave me a price over 300.00 to fix and he would have to order the part. A week later he called and said the part was in and came out to replace the thermostat. 30.00 minutes later paid and on his way. 2 months later it started doing it again. After the second time I called and explained it was freezing items in frig. He said all he could do is set up another service call and see what the trouble was. I questioned him that you told me Last time that was the only thing that would do that. I ask if he does another service call and it was the same thing it would be under warranty right? Wrong he replied no warranty on electrical items. I said what you installed it? He would have to check it again but many problems could be the problem. The first time he came out only 1 thing could be the problem. Not now that it out and needs to be fixed again. Finally after going back and forth with him and asking why he does not stand behind his work and if he came back out he would bill me. I told him that we were done talking and he would never work on anything I need fixed and would not collect another dime from me.
So if I were you call someone else this guy is not trustworthy
