They were very friendly. Got things done quicky and with good worksmanship. We didn't want the tv promotion that they were offering, and they applied a cash discount to our purchase. Prices were very good and the men that came out to do the work were great. Salesman showed us all the different types of carpets so we could understand the differences in quality. The two main reasons we chose to carpet four different rooms with this business are 1. local business, and 2. promotion/sales ad. When compared to other ads, the cost of the carpeting appeared to be fair. But this place said we would get a free 24"" TV/DVD/VCR all-in-one unit. We informed the salesman, Sam, that this was something we wanted. He told us that the TV unit would be available to us two weeks after installation of the carpet. We called two weeks after installation to check on the TV. Sam informed us that there were so many people interested in that offer, it would be another week or so. OK, long story short, carpet installed in August, TV received during the last week of March!! Both my husband and I had called and/or stopped into the store over 15 times during that period. We even had a repair performed during that time (by the way, the repairmen were not nice, saying that we did not carpet that particular room with their business!). more
