I was very skeptical when I saw the mess that white powder was making all over the carpet and on my wood floors. But when it was all done I came back in the house and I was amazed at how clean it was. All that powder was gone as if it was never on the floors. Victor and his crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The carpet was a bit damp when they left so it was hard to tell if it was truly clean or not. But when it dried a few hours later it turned out to be really clean and they were able to get some spots out that the past cleaners could not. I was overall pleased with the job they did. The price is a bit high though and for only that reason I would probably hesitate about hiring them again. Other than that great job. more

I found Carpet Dryclean to be good. Their workers are friendly and trained to provide you an understanding of their process. Our carpets look good after their work. I really didn't shop around based on price, so I am not convinced that they are the cheapest in town, but I am satisfied with the work. We had some tough stained, which have been removed. Also, they did some area rugs for me, which really added to my cost, but did clean them well. My first weekend in my new home, a friend spilled a glass of red wine on the carpet. RED WINE!!! I was hoffified. After calling several places, I decided on Carpet DryClean, based on their cleaning system and helpful staff. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but they gave me one...all the wine came up! Carlo and Harlon were right on time, worked non stop, and had my carpets looking new in an hour and 45 minutes. I am always amazed at how thoroughly this process cleans even stubborn stains. The carpet was dry the entire time, so finishing up was easy for me. more

This was the first time we've used carpet drycleaning and it was excellent. The carpet looks new!! The tecnicians were informatable and friendly. I thought the price was a little high for the areas we had done but was well worth it in the end. There were a few high traffic areas that looks almost new again. I'm sure we will use again. The service was very quick I could tell once I walked into my home the fresshness of the carpet filled my home. One of the things that greatly impressed me is that the cleaning products were organic and the gentlemen who performed the cleaning service were very proffessional. Instead of working the stains deeper into the carpet, it absorbs them with this special powder. The carpets are dry in minutes and your house smells like oranges for a little while. The only problem I had was that the powder has a lot of alcohol on it, and the fumes sting the eyes a little. Just open a few windows and it will go away as soon as they vacuum. Pros: fast, got almost all the stains out Cons: couldn't remove red jello stain, temporary alcohol fumes more

This was the second time we used carpet drycleaning services, and we loved it the first time so much we wanted to use their services again! We couldn't of asked for more respectful, friendly people to come and care for our carpet. They are resonably priced for their products, and services and it only took two hours with furniture being moved and all! (they were kind enough to move all our furniture for us) The carpets looked great, all stains gone! We have 3 small dogs, so having clean carpets is a dream, and thats exactly what was accieved after their visit.
