The carpets look great! 12/10/2012

We moved house in July and had to break up the job, doing the 1st floor immediately and delaying the second floor by 3 weeks while remodeling completed. Don was very accommodating, still charged one rate for whole job. Now the carpets look great! His rates are reasonable, the quality of work excellent, he really takes the time to do the job right. The other thing that really impressed me was the customer service. He was always early--for the estimate, for the first job, for the second job--and my calls were either answered by him, or promptly returned. That's no small thing for any small family business that works all over the city, let alone one as busy as theirs. more

Don did a very professional and thorough job. The best we have ever had. His attention to every detail was tremendous, as though he were cleaning his own carpets. Very courteous and respectful. I will ask for him by name next time. more
