I had never been here before. I did not find them via word of mouth. They just happened to be nearby and my truck would not start. The got me a tow on a Saturday. On Monday they called telling me what they had found wrong and how much it was for the part and by end of day I had my truck back. They were quick, efficient. They were great at telling me where they were on the fix. Every thing about this visit was excellent. I would reccomend them to friends. more

Rookie mistake 6/9/2015

Brought in for check engine light and battery cable. You fixed the battery cable first. By disconnecting the battery you could not check the "check engine light." more

wrong diagnosis 6/8/2015

Your tech diagnosed an oil pan leak. The oil pan gasket was replaced. The leak is still still there. The leak is coming from some place else. more

Brakes and Serpentine belt replace 5/19/2015

if not for the wait... 5 stars! make sure you allot 2 hours because they are busy. if your oil change is at 10am, arrived at 9am so your engine cools off well. and you get your car by 11am. more

Disappointed 4/20/2015

Had an 8:00 AM appointment, BUT had to wait 4o minutes before they even took my car into be serviced. THEN I had to bring the car back to have the 'oil life' indicator adjusted. more

I came in without an appointment due to a dead battery and jump start. Tests of my electrical system confirmed a weak battery, replaced that day. The price seemed a little steep to me, but that may just be because I am of the gray hair league. more

Good communication and customer service 3/31/2015

The problems and solutions were clearly explained. They kept me informed about what was going on. The work was done efficiently. They never try to get me to do more than what is needed and they don't have any high hidden fees. They even print out the bill before the work is done so you will know for sure what the cost will be. more

My experience at A1 has been one of being engaged and served with facial, verbal, and tonal cues of interest in me as a person relating to them as people - not so much this time. The service was its usual speedy, clean, and competent, but lacked the personal touch. more
