1. My car's repairs were expected to take ~4 weeks. I called for an update a few days before the expected finish date and was told that none of the parts had arrived. This was blamed on the fact that my car was new so the parts were difficult to find. Nothing had been done and no one had bothered to call me.
2. After 7 weeks I was told (I had to call) the car was done. I went to pick up the car - the paint was sloppy and chipped in one area, parts that were paid to be replaced were not ...old parts were buffed to appear new, the car steering wheel had to be completely cocked to the left for the car to drive straight, the windshield fluid came on with every possible button, the hazard light button... turned on the wash, the turn signal...turned on the wash, etc. A mud flap was missing because "it had not arrived yet." 3 warning signals were on. The fender was not even aligned correctly. Since the insurance company had already paid this place I left the car there for all of the errors to be fixed and parts to be replaced.
3. I week later went to pick up my car- no parts were replaced, the wash fluid line was correct but come to find out that they did not replace the reservoir which was paid for, the turn signal was not plugged in so they said a portion of the fender needed to come off for them to correct that. The paint job was HORRIBLE, the chipped area was simply painted over so you could still see the chipping, paint was on the lights and trimming. The door and lights that were replaced were not even aligned correctly, the door appears partially open when closed.
There is much more that I could add to this review but I am sure at this point my experience is clear. This review is true and accurate and I hope this is read by anyone considering this business.
