I would first like to thank you for being on time. I really appreciated the professionalism of your technician that came to look at my AC. A #1 Air is the best 3/2/2011

A #1 Air is the best! We had our A/C break down during last week. We were having issues getting a reasonable quote and having someone come out. This past Saturday Anthony came by and saw what the problem was. Staying true to his word, he arrived on time and didn't try to sell us more than we really needed. The part only cost $35, so we were very pleased. He was a great guy and very nice and honest. Thank you A #1 Air. more

Professional and knowledgeable 2/26/2011

We had been without heat for two days when we were referred to A #1 Air. We called mid-morning, and because of other calls, they arrived mid-afternoon. Before they arrived, we received a call that they were on the way. After a brief explanation of what had happened, the Tech knew immediately what our problem was - and it was. Within 15 minutes the part was replaced and we removed our winter jackets. I would highly recommend A #1 Air as a knowledgeable, professional and very reasonably priced company- most refreshing. more
