Maybe this is a one man operation. I called to enquire about price and availability. A huge man showed up in an unmarked white Ford van. "I did not have an appointment" I said. "Yes, you do" he replied. "You have to pay me to come or else I will get you" he said and refused to leave with threatening remarks. I gave him money he demanded and he speeded off. Please DO NOT hire these people. If I could give zero star I would. First of all this guy is not the most pleasant person, he was very annoyed with my questions. Came in to my house on Saturday for a leak in my upstairs bathroom, criticizing the previous plumber like he can do better; said he had to reset my toilet bowl in order to fix the leak, next thing I know the $68 became a $300 job. Today is Tuesday and what he supposedly fixed is leaking again. I called at 7am to tell him that the leak was back, never got a call back, so I call again at 1pm and was told he will call me back at 3pm. Around 3:45 when he finally called and I explained to him what happened, he acted like he did not understand what I was talking about. Asking me what's my problem. My problem is that the leak you fixed 3 days ago was not fixed. This company send crooks out to steal from people. more
