I liked the service at Auto Plus Body shop because they try to stress customer service over business. For the most part they succeed in making the customer feel like an individual rather than an ant in an anthill. But, they really need to work on the management of customer maintenance. After the work was done, I called in with a few questions. It took me several tries to get a hold of any of the supervisors because my messages were not being listened to or relayed.
