My heater was broken I called four other companies and the all gave me 3-5 days to come and repair my heater luckily I found az air by referral from a family member and the receptionist promised me a service with in two hours after 30 minutes I got a call from the service guy (Ben) that he was on his way and he would be at my house in 30 minutes. When he arrived he troubleshooted the unit and after 45 minutes the heater was working fine. Overall great service I would recommend to anyone more

Ok this is how my nightmare unraveled....Its 90 degrees out and my AC takes a shit......I call these guys out to come fix my unit.....they tell me that my fan needs to be replaced (the one for the outside unit) and that the unit needs more Freon. All of this would cost me $1400 (later found out this should cost $500). Anyways I wouldn?t mind the rip if my unit worked.....they left and low and behold the unit is not cooling....I called them back and they came over after 3 days with no AC (90 degrees outside) The fan they installed blew and they were not willing to cover it saying that i messed with something. At this point I am furious and kick them out warning them about the chargeback they were about to receive. I called out another company and they fixed the situation very quick for a fraction of the price?..stay away from these crooks. Their management later had the guts to threaten me if I were to make a chargeback!!! Some people have the audacity!!! more

I just replaced my central heating and air-conditioning system and I want to highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to service, install or replace an existing system. They are truthful and their pricing is reasonable. The workers were respectful and covered all my furniture. Overall I am very pleased with their service. more

First, I checked with at least 5-6 other companies and no one came close to the configuration of how to install my system. An AZ sales person came to my home and changed my entire 42 year old system with a new high efficiency Lennox system. Pros: Central Heating and Air Conditioning more

My central air went out last summer. I scheduled an appointment. They were quick to set something up. Arrived promptly on day of service. Repairman was solid: Diagnosed problem right away, offered various pricing estimates for work before installing the parts, and gave recommendations for a new unit. I told him I didn't want to go down that road yet, and he didn't try the hard sale. All-in-all, I'd do business with these guys again. Pros: Scheduling, Prompt Arrival, Fixed Problem more

If you believe repairmen should charge 300/hr then this service is for you. Pay the $70 diagnosis fee and then replace the part yourself. I wish I did. Pros: they fixed the problem Cons: no Christmas this year more

I had AZ Air Conditioning install a mini-split ac/heater and the remote control for it broke (that's the only way to control the system). It took me SIX MONTHS of calling them to even get a technician to come to my house and it's now been A YEAR AND A HALF trying to get a replacement remote control. Every time I call they say they'll fix it with 2 days and I never get a call back from them. When I call them back, they say they'll have someone bring me the remote on Wednesday. When I don't get it on Wednesday, they give me some nonsense about having to order the part still. They are completely unprofessional and have no qualms about lying again and again.
