I was there in the middle of January 2009 with a exhaust noise. I had an appointment. They had the muffler and tail pipe in stock, but yet it took them 3 1/2 hours to get it done. \r

They pushed my truck to the back of the line to do another guy's car, with no appointment, who had problems with his GPS system connecting to his cigarette lighter. Excuse me? Didn't I have an appointment, and could not the GPS thing have waited? I am a paying customer too. Like most of you, I would have gladly waited longer for another customer with a real emergency, but to be treated that way for a malfunctioning GPS system?! And my repair was $100 more than I thought it would be. Put the two together, and I would not recommend them. \r
