Talk about great service… A. Valdez was very informative as to the issue I was having in my home as to the step by step process he was going to partake in fixing the problem. You can tell with speaking to him that he has a vast knowledge in his line of work, which brought my mind at ease when hiring him. Needless to say I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done in my home. He gave me a good price for the quality service. I will definitely recommend him to everyone. more

I will not ever use this service again. I spent 2000 to get rid of bedbugs in my fathers house after he died, I had the house cleaned out, the house is completely empty of everything even appliances and the bedbugs are back months later.\r This company doesn't stand by their service. When I called for help I was called names and yelled at. Sad too, he seems like such a nice young man, with a young child and was talking about marrying the mother. He made an offer on my fathers house too, I was thinking about selling the house to him, or if i chose to rent it out keep his service. However with the reaction to my request for help, i'm surly staying clear. I guess I should had checked his BBB, license and bonding first. \r \r That would had given me better clues to what I would be dealing with now. Do your Research, ask for numbers to licences and permits and look up companies at the Better Business Bureau. more

Thank God I found and called A. Valdez Pest Control. I live in an apartment complex and unfortunately no matter how clean your home is, rodents can come into your home from other people’s apartments. I have had two other companies service my home in the past and all they have done was put a band aid on the problem, but have never eliminated it. I wanted to see if I could have luck with someone else and let me tell you, I have yet to see these pests come into my apartment once A. Valdez got a hold of my apartment. He was able to come to my home immediately and asked me to see the job as he was doing it, to show me all that he does… and let me tell you, he did so much more and was more observant to holes that were behind my kitchen appliances that the other two companies did not bother to fix. The A. Valdez exterminator was so efficient that I would never go to another company again. I usually never right reviews; however, I have had this rodent problem for so many years and no one but A. Valdez was able to get rid of them for me. I was so grateful that I had to let others know that not only was he A LOT more affordable than other companies, but extremely much more efficient as well. This is definitely an EXCELLENT exterminating company. more
