Excellent Front End Experience... 5/22/2011

AZ Dental really goes above and beyond the normal dental experience to bring you a personalized approach. From the movie playing in the lobby on the flat screen while you sit in those comfortable chairs to the actual dental exam room where they take your XRays and perform their services, everything feels more personal and one on one with AZ Dental. The only thing I would have to say could use improvement is the back-end experience. At the end of my exam I was told that they were going to print out some papers for me. The person never returned. I had to go find someone and tell them I had to leave. Other than that it was great and I highly recommend them! more

Dental Phobia ;-{ 5/4/2011

AZ Dental has officially cured my phobia of going to the Dentist!!! I've always hated the torture of the needle being jabbed in my mouth that either delivers too much anesthetic - leaving my whole side of my head numb, or it doesn't deliver enough anesthetic - leaving me in pain during the drilling. At AZ Dental, they were completely sensitive & gentle during the whole process. I can honestly say that I was able to sit back and relax while getting 4 fillings at the Dentist. Ha!! I didn't think it was possible till now ;D more

Excellent 3/26/2011

I went in for a root canal and everyone was so patient. My tooth would not numb after several shots. The Dentist was very calm and found a way to numb my tooth. My root canal was pain free. The next day I was back to work and was just a little sore from the shots. Overall, great service and excellent staff. more

AZ Dental is the BEST dentist I've ever been to! I went in for a teeth cleaning..their Doctor and hygienist, gets every single plaque! Made my teeth feeling so fresh and clean. No matter what the procedure it is, they take their time! There are no short cuts here. They make sure they get what they need to find in order to fix the problem. Love their high technology. They also make sure that they show and tell you every little detail you need to know, even in the hidden areas that other dentist forgets to tell you. Even my five year old daughter really like them! Now that's rare for a kid to not be afraid of the dentist. Overall, AZ Dental is AMAZING! Very satisfied with the treatment they gave us. Very warm welcoming =) more

Helped overcome trauma.. 11/7/2010

Prior to coming to AV Dental, I have avoided the dentist for about 2 years due to a traumatic experience as well as not having insurance for most of that time. Some might feel embarrassed from not having been seen by a dentist that long, but I was treated very well by the sincere and friendly staff. Much appreciation to Dr. Bittner who took care of my extractions who as far as I can tell from this personal experience is very skillful and experienced. The facility and their equipment all look new and another plus is their location within a plaza with many places a family member or friend could go to while waiting for you. I have been looking for a dental clinic for a couple months now since I just got dental coverage and so far I do not regret my decision as I would definitely recommend AV Dental. =) more

A comfortable and friendly environment where both adults and kids can take treatment with ease. Individual attention by the doctor to every patient. Latest equipment and treatment plan explained clearly and helpfully. Could make the best use of your insurance with minimum liability to the patients. Awesome experience. more

It was painless, Doc gave me a great explanation of what he was doing Nurse as usual great!! Mouth still sore teeth still hurtin and just cant get used to the stay plates but guess it takes time ;)................Thank you!! more

Teeth look great already 9/19/2010

I had 4 fillings done and they all feel great and look nice. Again good movie selection too keep me distracted so I wouldn't focus on any pain(if there even was any). The assistants were amazing and sweet as always too. more
