called to get a cab, cal back 20 minutes later to check on it's status. dispatcher tells me the cab isn't coming. Why? because computers were down. Why didn't they call me to tell me it wasn't coming (they did have my number)? ""Because then we would have to call everyone and tell them their cab isn't coming."" Wow. Amazing. never again. more
