Home warranty insurance had them come to our home to repair our spa which was leaking. Took over a week to get a straight answer from receptionist on when they would be coming to our home and then another week for them to actually show up! Receptionist was very unprofessional and I suspect is someone who works for the company's mom or grandma. She kept insisting that ""they could come out when we were not at home if we would just leave a gate open!"" (My insurance company had to call her and tell her she could not do this) When ""techs"" finally came out, they ignored an obvious leak my husband was pointing out to them and were quick to tell us that all the wood skirting around spa would have to be removed before they could do anything. They reported this to our insurance agency and of course failed to mention the obvious leak that was shown to them. We are ready to have wood skirting removed and have called A to Z over four times to find out exactly which skirts to remove and schedule them to come out and repair leaks. FOUR TIMES! We have yet to receive a response from them. Something very shady about these people. It has been over two weeks since original claim was filed and these people have been useless. We have chosen to deal with and pay a more reputable company than have to deal with these idots.
