Rented a truck for an advertized $55.00 per day. What they don't tell you is that you need to buy insurance ($15) and you pay 39 cents a mile. And gas. I was told there was ""a quarter tank"" and that the truck got 10 -12 miles per gallon. I drove 50 miles and put in 5 gallons of gas. The truck was old (130,000 miles) and noisy with the engine light on. I was told it was ok to drive.
My bill came with an extra $30.00 charge for 5 gallons of gas. The owner said it wasn't up to the spot past the quarter of a tank where it was when I left. I told him I put in 5 gallons but he refused to believe me.
Buyer beware!
