I was treated as if i was of no importance. It was as if my business wasn't even wanted. I was given one price over the phone, and then after I drove all the way there, they DOUBLED the price on me. This was not a miscommunication. The lady working even had the nerve to ask me why I was asking her so many questions about my clothes. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from going to A to Z Alterations. Pros: No pros whatsoever. Cons: terrible customer service. rude employees. more

Very fast and professional, wonderful service! 3/18/2008

I took my husband's suit coat in to be altered the day before he needed to wear it. It was no problem for them to have it done in time. I was so impressed with their service. I will recommend it to everyone needing tailoring or alterations of any kind. Wedding dresses, suits- I trust they will do a great job, and quickly! Pros: easy to get to, on the outside of the mall next to old Ruby Tuesday restaurant. Cons: I haven't found any. more
