A Team Tax Service

After speaking with the driver multiple times for a scheduled pick up (3-4 hours in advance), he never showed to pick up our business clients. Their response to the no show ""we can have someone there in an hour"" !!! WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER!! Will NEVER use again! VERY unreliable! more

I was in Jacksonville, FL last week and I had the biggest shock of my life when I met the owner of ""A-Team Taxi Service"". She started this awesome Taxi Servce in Jacksonville after she relocated from New Orleans to Jacksonville. I said to myself, this person had a vision out of this world to have a "" Mard Gras Mask"" as a logo. You never know where and person has been and where they are going. Now, I understand what she has been through and where she is now. This is the number#1 Taxi Service in Jacksonville, FL. The vehicles are pretty white with beautiful Mardi Gras colors, (purple, green an gold) , driver's are professionall dressed but what impressed me most,t he drivers were very friendly and they spoke very highly of the leader. A team taxi is the BEST taxi service I have EVER been too in Jacksonville Fl . They have GREAT service and they have wonderful drivers . . Especially Warren ( nickname - buddah ] . I call him everytime & anytime I need a ride & hes always there for me . He is very nice & I reccomend this taxi service too anyone thats looking for a ride :D more

MY DRIVER INITIAL APROACH WAS AS IF I WAS BEING PICKED UP BY AN OLD FRIEND, THESE FOLKS ARE JUST NICE, AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A FLUKE, BUT EVERY TIME I USE THESE FOLKS, AND EACH TIME I GET A DIFFERENT DRIVER, I GET THAT SAME GREAT SERVICE, SO I WAS MOVED TO CALL AND COMPLIMENT MANAGEMENT, HAVING TALKED TO THE OWNER I AM JUST AMAZED THAT LIFE HAS DRAWN TOGETHER SUCH A CLUSTER OF WONDERFUL YET TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, I AM IMPELLED TO SHARE THEM WITH THE WORLD, THAT IS WHY I WRITE THIS, .... Very nice woman to take my info (date and time to be picked up and location to be dropped off at). After that, it was all down hill! The driver called because she could not find my pick-up location (despite having a GPS in her van) and was 15 minutes late. The van sounded like it was going to fall apart and had no shocks. While on my dime, she stopped off at a gas station and picked up a bottle of water. I thought it could not get worse... but it sure did! Because she was late, she was driving 85 m.p.h. down a narrow road and over a bridge- it states no passing on a bridge for a reason... SAFETY. Also, she was texting on her cell phone at the same time! I was appalled, to say the least. I was sure I was going to die... not to mention, not make it to my destination on time. I arrived to my destination in one piece- a little late, but that was the least of my worries after this ride. STAY AWAY! DANGEROUS!
