Just purchased a 2010 Outback, my first Subi. Having purchased 3 new cars prior, I have to say this was the best experience so far.
I never even heard of A &T Subaru, but did a zip code search and it was close to home. It is a smaller, more family type business. The owners son was answering my questions!
As for sales people, couldn't be nicer. My salesmen, Dave, was calm, didn't use any cheezy pressure tactics and came in with a very fair offer right off the bat. He also gave me fair market value (Kelly/Edmunds trade) for my car. The deal was done in about 15 minutes.
It was a no haggling, stress free transaction. I love the Subi and look forward to dealing with them for parts and service. I already had to go to service to get a few things done that was promised and was treated like gold.
I suppose the only negative I can say, is that they don't provide loaner cars for service. They will shuttle you home - I guess no big deal.
As for the 2010 Subi Outback, I love it. It was purchased for my wife and child, my first Subi and it is built very well. You got a lot for the money and so far am very happy with the purchase. No buyers remorse, not yet anyway.
Pros: Friendly, No pressure, Service
Cons: None noted
