A Superior Pest Control

I am guessing Martin T does not understand how the pest control business works. Your problems will not go away with just one visit and unfortunately if you are expecting instant results from bugs then you are not living in reality. These gentleman that run this company are PHENOMENAL. They will make sure you are taken care of and are respectful to your home and family. Gary has been doing pest control for over 21 years and he knows I have 2 cats so he warned me before I insisted in him putting glue traps out. He took the time to show me how to get the glue traps off my cats if they happen to get in them. He hid them pretty well though since my cats have yet to get in them. If you want to pay less than big name companies AND have a relationship with your ""bug man"" I recommend this company. more

I had them come out to treat my home for wasps. They came out and sprayed here and there, and were to come back a week later to do a follow up. After two weeks of waiting, I called to ""cancel"" my second visit. After discussing this over the phone with the ""technician"" that came out, he completely denied our conversation as well as the conversation with my spouse. I'm new to this area and know the importance of keeping local businesses busy, but to pay $65.00 for the same problem is pretty sad. So I went to a store to buy a wasp killer spray for $5.95 and took care of it myself. I guess (A Superior Pest Control) should apologize for the price gouging as well. Never using them again or any small business again. more
