I dealt with the owner (I found this out later). The tinting was scheduled at 10:30, then it was 11:30, then it was 1:00 p.m. I was pretty frustrated by then. I had told the owner I needed my car back by 3:00 p.m. She assured me more than once that I would get my car back by 3:00 p.m. I got the car back at 4:10 p.m. The actually tinting was great. Working with the office staff (the owner) was not. To top it all off, she copped an attitude with me. She definately needs to brush up on her customer service skills.
Pros: The tinting turned out great.
Cons: Scheduling the job was terrible
