A Same Day Paint & Body

Well, I let them have my car for 3 weeks and it was finished when I came back from vacation. Looked pretty good. Had them paint a rallye stripe on the trunk and do interior. Went on vacation again for 2 weeks. Came back car was not done. They said it would be Monday. Went by the shop on saturday and car was in back lot not finished. It appears they had to hurry up and getr it done Monday before I came to get it. Stripe has unven lines, runs in the dash, they tore through the interior, lost a few dash pieces didn't paint the steering colum or kick panels, wanted the windshield replaced (and I had to tell them when I paid that he needed to take that charge off the bill because it wasn't done) and I am still searching for the screws to put it back together. And to top it off, the paint is starting to crack and peel on the body and drip lines. I guess it lasted a whole 4 months. I have 4 other cars I was considering taking to them, but not now, will be looking elsewhere. Office straff is nice and friendly, but that doesnt keep the paint on the car or make up for substandard work and missing parts and pieces. more

Elissa went above and beyond what any owner would do for a customer. The paint job was beautiful but the paint manufacture had problem with the color. What was black turned out brown. Elissa went to bat and spent countless hours working to resolve the issue. My car is now a beautiful black and looks like I just left the showroom. The results far exceeded my expectations. Bravo!!! I would definitely recommend them to everyone. more

When I walked into the office, the ladies in there were RUDE. there were no customers at the time waiting, but I had to wait 15 minutes for Elissa to take a look at my car, because she was running around playing with her daughter. Cons: Racist, Poor Service, Bad paint, Not delivered on time more

I had my car in an accident and I took my car to this shop. They explained everything to me so I could understand, unlike the insurance company. They arranged the rental and I got my car back quickly and looking like new. I would suggest everyone go see Adam and Elissa at this shop. Pros: Fast service with Great work more

These p.o.s's re-sprayed my car. They left the car dirty before spraying the paint and clear coat. They never wet sanded or buffed the car in order to blend the paint. Now the work they did has begun peeling and pitting and this only after one day! The owner Bill was rude and his comment was ""well it looks better then before."" My car is now runined and it is going to cost me an additional $1700.00 to have the work done right by a REAL paint and body shop. I know this review will not make him lose any sleep but if enough people read it then maybe it will have some recourse. Best advice is to never bring your car to Bill, Adam and the Same Day Paint and Body team. Cons: Should be more
