Dr. Frank is amazing and my kids love him. My daughter has special needs and he is wonderful with her. I would recommend Dr. Frank to my family and friends.

Dr Pettinato is very nice and my kids love him! In fact, my oldest said to me, 'who is THAT nice.!!' The staff is nice, they are usually on time and learn to know you by name. I would recommend him to all my friends! more

I love the doctor and office :) No other ""pediatric"" dentist lets parents be back with their children. I am so thankful Dr Petinato does, I can be with my children and that means a lot to me. They really go out of their way to accomodate families, I can have my children all in one room seen right after one another or in different rooms at the same time if I am in more of a hurry ( I know because I have been seen both ways). And extra points for their insurance manager, Jerry, he was so helpful with finding what insurance my family was since I had lost the card. Thank you all, I am so thankful to have found such a doctor for my children. more

We have gone to Dr. Pettinato for 8 years and every experience is wonderful. My daughter loves going and reminds me every 6 months that it's time to go back. My son confidently hops in the seat for his cleaning. They allow parents to go back with the children, however mine feel right at home there.\r The wait times are minimal, excellent and caring staff. They speak in soothing voices in a manner that children can understand. We are very confident in recommending Safari Dental to anyone in the New Port Richey & Trinity area. more

Pettinato Ii Frank C Dds - A Safari Of Smiles is AMAZING 10/26/2009

I am so happy that I found this great office. Everybody there is so nice, they answered my million insurance questions, I was brought back on time, and Zoe and Luke want to go back to the office again. As soon as we walked in we were impressed by the great paintings on the walls of safari themes, there were video games for the children, and they got to pick a toy after the appointment was done. As a 2nd grade teacher I appreciated the later hours they offer and my children did not have to miss a day of school to go to the dentist. I give them my highest recommendation. more

Dr Pettinato, A Safari Of Smiles is the BEST EVER!!! 10/26/2009

We haven't been able to get our son through an entire visit to the dentist until we went to A Safari of Smiles. We heard from our friends that they care about children and Dr Pettinato and Melissa (the assistant) proved that the comfort of our child is more important than speeding through a schedule of patients (our previous experiences at other offices). I cannot thank them enough for providing us a safe place to care for the well being of our child. I will tell everyone I know about them. more

We accept nearly every dental insurance plan and offer dental services to our patients that are unavailable at other pediatric dentistry offices. We allow parents to come back with their children during procedures, ensuring both patient and parent are comfortable during the dentistry process. We also offer a variety of sedation dentistry options, including nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and even general anesthesia for patients who require full sedation.
