Recently the area around Manchaca Road was hit hard by a storm. There was quite a bit of damage to houses and trees. My neighbors red oak fell into our back yard. I got many bids from services to come in and cut and clean up the mess. I chose Edward with A. Reyes Tree service and he and his men did a great job for a really good price. I would recommend Edward and his crew to others and will use A. Reyes Tree Service again if necessary. more

I had a Groupon and they showed up on time for the estimate. The workers came the same day but Edward told them on the phone what to cut. I didn't feel that what they cut was the same as what we discussed. A window was broken in the process of cutting a big tree and it has not been fixed in the last 4 weeks. more

I also had a horrible experience with Edward Reyes and his company. I purchased a Groupon for tree trimming services. It took several months just to schedule him to come out and give us an estimate, then when he emailed us with the estimate I immediately replied that we would like to proceed with the work that equalled the Groupon amount. I never got any response back to my repeated phone calls and emails over the course of a month. I finally contacted Groupon for a refund, and they also attempted to contact his company with no success. I got my refund, but still have work that needs to be done. Do not trust this company! more
