I am new to the area and needed help ASAP to move my stuff. 5/16/2009

I recently moved to Seattle area, I did not have a clue who to call for help picking up my furniture. I went online and found this company I read the reviews and decided to go with them. I turned out to be a good choice. They did move the heavy pieces of furniture without scratch. This is a honest, friendly & efficient company and they got some strong employees working for them. I will not hesitate to call them each time I needed help. Thanks more

I am small business owner, so I try to support small local businesses. I tried A & R Moving for my business move. They arrived on time, were professional and obviously knew their job well. This company preformed good service for me and they definitely have my business in the future. Pros: Arrived on time, worked non-stop until the job was finished. more

poor service, lost items, over priced & no accountability 5/29/2008

This company ended up charging me nearly twice what they estimated and they lost the feet to my sofa (which they removed). In the end, I was told it was my fault as we apparently saw the movers remove the feet. Definitely not recommended. Pros: able to accommodate my schedule Cons: bad service, lost small items, estimate was not accurate & no accountability more

I have used their service 2 times and I believe I found my personal moving company. 9/11/2007

In late March they moved me and the move was quick, efficient, well executed. more

Couldn't be more satisfied with this move. 11/5/2006

Couldnt be more satisfied with this move. A friend at work used this company just last week, to move his parents from their family home to a retirement village. I had seen their trucks around town, distinctive white trucks with bold black writing A & R Moving. I called them and got immediate estimate on the phone based on the information I provided. On the day of the move everything went perfect even though it was raining all day. I plan on moving in about 1 year and I will call them again. more
