I got this ""cleaning"" valued at $250 or so as a gift from someone from Groupon... I have never had my house cleaned and was so excited. At first I thought they were very nice and I was comfortable, so I took my daughter and my dog for a quick (<20 minute) walk, assuming they would still be there when I returned... However, they were done in just a little over an hour and did not clean well. They cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen counters and vacuumed, but did not vacuum the stairs, dust at all, clean the living room or bedroom or office furniture or glass, mop the wood floors, clean the kitchen table, and on and on... I tried to call them back, knowing they would be in the car; however no one picked up, which makes me believe this was intentional. I even had to take off work because they could not accommodate my schedule! I think I spent more time pre-cleaning, and I do more myself even during my ""half-hearted"" cleaning times. I really hate complaining and confrontation, but this ""company"" really let me down. This is such a scam. more

Just wanted to say this company offered a dealfind voucher for an entire home cleaning up to 5,000 square feet. I would like to leave a good review for outstanding service. I truly would. However, they won't even return my calls to schedule a date for the two cleanings I purchased. Not only do I recommend you don't use A Queen Touch Cleaning, I recommend you never buy from dealfind! more

Real good service my wife and I have a Laundry Mat and this service found areas in the shop that never being touch. This place look so different we have found a new cleaning service in QTC. : ) more

Well good morning everybody I wanted to post a review about A queen Touch Cleaning the group just left my home like 5min ago and I do like them very respectful and neat. Well this my first time also writing a review and I see that they had some bad reviews but things do happen and I understand that good service is real hard to find but anyways my first experience was a great one and I also purchase they deal for 5 more times so I will keep everyone updated. Do not use this service! The woman who was suppose to clean my house called the morning of and said she was having car trouble and would be late. 4 hours later calling her and waiting around my house, I received a call from someone else stating the original lady would not be able to make it. I tried calling the business multiple times with NO RESPONSE OR ANSWER! I bought a coupon deal and ended up returning it because ""A Queen Touch"" refused to call me back to schedule a make up appointment. Worst service ever. Dont waste your time. more

Great Cleaning Service on time and nice people. I have a five bedroom Home and the ladies did a great job with my home and patio. more

DO NOT USE!! This company is a bunch of scammers. Attempted to use A Queen Touch to clean my house for the holidays. She gave me one option for an appointment, a time and date that was only convenient to them not me. They then called me at 1130 at night on a weeknight to reschedule to another day and time that was more convenient to them. Then, after all of that, they did not ever show up!! Would not answer the phone or return my voice mails that my wife and I left. They screened my phone calls from that point on never to talk to us again. And why would they, they already had our money. Save yourself the stress and money, go to a reputable cleaner that is trustworthy. This one is clearly not. more
