Great Service for * Years 4/15/2012

I've been going to a Pooch Parlor for over 8 years and even though Michelle has moved even farther from my house in Lancaster City, I wouldn't go anywhere else! In the last few years my little Pekes have all been rescues and Michelle and her staff have cared for Alma, who when I got her was scared of even a hand just reaching for her, to Moritz, who decided he wanted to bite anyone touching his paws, to very senior citizen Biene, to Max the clown. All always look gorgeous when they come home and none hesitate to go to grooming. I feel absolutely confident about leaving my little guys and Michelle also makes sure that I can adjust grooming drop off and pick up to my schedule. I highly recommend a Pooch Parlor with no reservtions! more

Unbelievable result... and not in a good way 2/26/2012

I will never return. I dropped off my adorable fluffy furry dog and picked up a shaved one. They claim matting was the reason they did it. There may have been some on her underbelly.... hence why we took her for grooming - but in no way shape or form should she have been shaved. And she was done so WITHOUT consulting us first! We were shocked when we picked her up and frankly ever hour that passes I get more ticked off. I have a poor little dog now shaking like a leaf all the time and I don't know what to do for her. I could go on on but what's the point. I will definitely be finding a more responsible, more caring parlor to care for my dog in the future. more

Great Place, Great Service, Great Staff 9/4/2009

Michelle is always available to answer questions and greet me and Daisy. Her staff is always willing to lend kindness and caring when Daisy becomes anxious. Dasiy can be very difficult to handle and I have tried other places - Michelle and her staff deserved the #1 place to get your pet groomed! Pros: Professional yet adding that ""personal touch"" more

Great with My Wild and Crazy Little Dogs! 3/8/2009

Michelle and the girls are always oustandingly patient and kind to my two Yorkies when the go to the ""beauty parlor"" for the day. My dogs can be very temperamental and hate being clipped......despite my dog's whining and crabbiness~they always are treated professionally and come out looking gorgeous. I am thankful for a place where I know my precious babies will be well taken care of and I don't have to worry...Aunt Michi takes care of Zo-bird and Zana-bear wonderfully! Pros: My pets are well taken care of Cons: I wish it were closer to my home in Lancaster City more
